   Design, selections and proposal

   We pull together the plan: materials, finishes, layout and phasing. You get a written proposal that spells out what's included, the schedule and how the work progresses — no surprises buried in the fine print.

   Permits and prep

   Projects that need permits get them before work begins. Finished areas are protected, materials are ordered and the schedule is locked in.

   Construction
